Clock Farm House offers self catering accommodation 10 minutes from the centre of York. Our luxurious property in North Yorkshire is surrounded by beautiful countryside, making us the perfect town/country retreat.

This charming farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people and has been superbly restored to offer modern accommodation.

The large farmhouse kitchen comes with a large electric range oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has an iPhone/iPad docking station and a large table which seats up to 12 people. This property benefits from having two lounges to unwind in. Both come with leather chairs, sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, games console and bay windows which look out to open farm fields.

All the bedrooms are on the first floor and beautifully furnished. The master en suite room comes with a king size bed and the four other bedrooms comes with super king size bed or twins. Upstairs there is also a spacious family bathroom, separate shower and further large shower room. Downstairs is a WC.

Outside is a large garden which opens onto paddocks and farm fields. The garden comes with seating and a BBQ is on the patio. There is also a small fish pond in the garden which is covered by a safety grid.

Clock Farm House is ideally situated for exploring York and North Yorkshire. The city is rich in culture, art, history and heritage. York Dungeon takes visitors into a 75 minute journey into 2,000 years of history, while the National Railway Museum showcases 300 years of railway history. Clifford’s Tower is comprised of a range of castles, prisons, law courts and a selection of buildings. It offers views of the city. A number of attractions are nearby, including:

York Minster.
Yorkshire Museum.
Jorvik Viking Centre.
Yorkshire Museum Gardens.
Castle Howard.
York Maze.
