The Cottages at Eastmoor Farm are situated on the southern edge of Bridlington, less than a mile from Wilsthorpe Beach and just two miles from Fraisthorpe Beach, making them ideally placed for a relaxing coastal escape.

The farm offers three beautifully designed two-bedroom mews cottages, converted from the original stable block and cow sheds. Arranged around a stone courtyard, each property features fully tiled floors and benefits from energy-efficient, A-rated underfloor heating, ensuring comfort and quality in every season.

The Tack Room is a well-appointed cottage that comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a king-size bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer, along with a second bedroom offering two single beds, wardrobe space, mirrors and a vanity shelf. The property includes a fully tiled shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Throughout the cottage, thermostatically controlled underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort, while outside there is a fully enclosed garden and a gated parking area with two complimentary parking spaces.

The Stables is the largest of the three cottages, accommodating up to six guests with a maximum of four adults. It features two bedrooms, including a king-size bedroom with a dressing table and wardrobe, and a spacious family room with a king-size bed, single bed, sofa bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, complete with a solid wood kitchen finished in grey and cream with wood-effect worktops. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher, along with all the utensils, cookware and tableware needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four, with additional foldable chairs available so everyone can dine together.

The Feed Room is a comfortable and well-equipped cottage suitable for up to four guests, featuring a double bedroom with a king-size bed, quality mattress, wardrobe and dressing table, alongside a twin bedroom with two wooden single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Both bedrooms have tiled floors and benefit from underfloor heating for added comfort. The modern shower room includes a power shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail and skylight. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area offers a welcoming space with two luxury sofas, a dining table with seating for four and a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared courtyard with seating and lighting, as well as two on-site parking spaces.

Each cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide a true home-from-home experience, with free unlimited WiFi, smart TVs in the lounge and underfloor heating throughout for year-round comfort. All bedrooms are supplied with linen and towels and additional essentials such as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer are included. The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, while each cottage also features a modern shower room. Sustainability is supported through solar panels installed on every property. Families are very welcome, with a travel cot (bedding not included) and high chair available on request and guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to enquire so the most suitable cottage can be recommended. Groups are also welcome and one dog per cottage can be accommodated for a small surcharge. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with seating and picnic benches, along with secure gated parking provided for each cottage.

Just a short drive away, Bridlington offers sandy beaches, a traditional seaside promenade and a bustling harbour, while the nearby Flamborough Head is famous for its dramatic white cliffs, walking trails and iconic lighthouse. Nature lovers should not miss Bempton Cliffs, an RSPB reserve where you can see puffins and other seabirds nesting along the cliffs. For a mix of history and gardens, Sewerby Hall and Gardens is well worth a visit, while the wide open sands of Fraisthorpe Beach provide a quieter spot for coastal walks and relaxation.
