Accommodation

Our cosy cottage is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, great for a family or group holiday.

Inside there is a relaxing lounge with seating, a dining area, smart TV, DVD player and an iPod dock. This is a great space for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the rural views. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: gas cooker with double oven and extractor over, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, integrated dishwasher and small breakfast bar. Behind the large entrance hallway is a separate spacious utility room, housing a washing machine and drying facilities.

Two bedrooms are available. The master en suite room comes with a super king zip-linked bed that can be made into twins. The second room enjoys lovely field views and includes a zip-link bed that can be made as a king or small single beds. Both rooms have Freeview TV. The tiled wet room has a toilet, wash basin, open shower and heated towel rail, with underfloor heating, whilst the en suite bathroom has underfloor heating and a folding shower screen over the bath.

Visiting Chichester & Exploring West Sussex

We have lots of footpaths and bridleways right on our doorstep, great for walkers. We are close to the Medmerry RSPB reserve and within walking distance of the Visitors Centre at the Pagham Harbour Reserve. You can play a round at Chichester Golf Club or have lots of fun at the Escape Rooms. Superb attractions to visit include:

Chichester Cathedral.
The Novium Museum.
Goodwood House.
Goodwood Racecourse.
Fishbourne Roman Palace.
