AccommodationToad Hall is perfect for a rural retreat in the countryside. It is set in 2 acres of beautiful gardens and is tastefully furnished throughout.
Downstairs are two sitting rooms. These include comfy sofas, TV, DVD player and a log burner. A games room and table tennis room are also available. A fully equipped farmhouse kitchen will suit all your needs: double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and walk-in larder with freezer. Utility areas with washing machine, dryer and large overflow fridge are available. A boot room is off the kitchen.
Bedrooms consist of three doubles, two twins and one single bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor opposite the shower room (with WC). The doorways are not suitable for wheelchairs. Three bathroom/shower rooms (one en suite) are provided.
Outside is a lovely garden with patio table and chairs. An ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining.
Visiting Woodbridge & Exploring SuffolkAn excellent pub with outside seating is within 15 minutes walking distance. A very good riding stable is just along the lane as well. The nearby town of Woodbridge on the River Deben has many delicious restaurants, antique and book shops. The area is full of villages with good pubs, various attractions, riding, golf and fishing. The Woodbridge Golf Club is set in beautiful surroundings. Two courses are available: The Heath Course is a golfing challenge of the highest standard and the Forest Course is a full length 9 hole course. Many places to visit are nearby:
