Malgwyn is an Edwardian house, in a terrace of 5 houses in a private drive off Wodehouse Road. From the balcony one can enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea. It provides a good base for a seaside holiday. It is within a few minutes walk of the beach, even for small children. There are miles of unspoilt sandy beaches with the Coastal Path connecting them to nature reserves and Bird Observatory.

Kitchen - with breakfast table and chairs, electric cooker, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Shower Room - with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1 - with a 5ft double bed and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 - with two 2ft 6" divans - these can be hooked together to form a 5ft double bed. Sea Views.
Family bedroom - with 2 single beds, two bunk beds, cot and a Z-bed. French doors to the balcony and sea views.
Bathroom - with bath, washbasin and WC.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for a small supplement.
Bed linen according to requirements. Towels are only provided for people from abroad.

Local AreaOld Hunstanton is a picturesque village and is an ideal base for walkers, golfers, bird watchers, sailing enthusiasts and people who enjoy water sports. It is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline as well as the many historic houses with their estates and gardens, like Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and Sandringham. The village itself has a Post Office/General Stores (400 yds), hotels, pubs (the nearest 110 yds), a beach cafe, an 18 hole championship golf course, and a pitch and putt course. There is a bus (bus stop 400 yds) that connects with the more traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton (1 - 2 miles) where the supermarkets (including a Sainsburys and Tesco), fun fair, arcades, Sea Life Centre and other facilities are to be found, with grass tennis courts and indoor/outdoor swimming pool and sports centre with bowls and squash courts. The Coast Hopper bus (summer only) connects with the rest of the coast, as far as Cromer.
