The property benefits from double glazing, central heating and entertainment facilities including Wi-Fi, a TV and DVD player. Outside, there is a south-facing garden backing onto paddocks, complete with garden furniture and a Weber BBQ, as well as a summer house with Wi-Fi and TV. The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge/freezer and induction hob, and a separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and Belfast sink. Holme-next-the-Sea is perfectly placed for enjoying the natural beauty of the North Norfolk coast, with the stunning Holme Dunes Nature Reserve just moments away, offering peaceful walking trails and excellent birdwatching. The wide sandy beach is ideal for long walks and sunsets, while nearby Hunstanton is known for its distinctive striped cliffs, traditional seaside attractions and family-friendly activities. A short drive takes you to the charming village of Thornham with its harbour, pubs and coastal paths, as well as the expansive Brancaster Beach, perfect for exploring sand dunes and enjoying the open coastline.
