Accommodation

Our wonderful 4 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 people and comes with a delightful enclosed decking area. A great place for an afternoon tipple.

The living room is beautifully furnished and comes with an open fire, comfy seating, a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and comes with a range of appliances: double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A lovely dining area has seating for up to 8 people. A utility room comes with a washing machine, sink and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms consists of a double room, two twin bedrooms and a bunk room. The rooms share an upstairs bathroom and downstairs there is a shower room with a WC.

Visiting Portpatrick & Exploring Dumfries and Galloway

Portpatrick is a pretty coastal village we has much to offer, including restaurants, bars, angling, shops, cliff top walks and two golf courses. You can visit the nearby Dunskey Gardens which comes with a walled garden, woods and tearoom. Dumfries and Galloway can be explored either by foot, bicycle or car. You can enjoy delightful walks and a varied coastline. Helensdale has many quiet roads for cycling. Scotland’s premier mountain biking routes, the 7 Stanes, are ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Each route has 3 versions for the easy, medium and hard rides. Lots of great attractions are nearby:

Rhins of Galloway.
Killantringan Lighthouse.
Dunskey Castle.
Dunskey Estate.
