The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped for family self-catering and includes a washing machine for added convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, storage and a handbasin, with two additional single bedrooms leading off it, both enjoying garden views, while a separate twin room also offers storage and a handbasin. A family bathroom with a bath, WC and handbasin completes the layout. Outside, the property benefits from a private garden with a level lawn and seating area, as well as off-street parking on the driveway.
