You don't even have to leave the site to find a range of things to do. Guests can enjoy using the indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, hot tub, children's play area, games room and eight acres to explore.

All of our properties come with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, seating area, bathroom and comfortable beds! Our cottages range in size from sleeps 2 to sleeps 6 adults.

We are well situated being only 10 mins from Barnstaple and only 20 mins from Exmoor and a variety of beaches to the North and West.
North Devon offers so much variety; the seaside, the picturesque villages, Exmoor walks, watersports, golf, fishing, National Trust properties, golden sandy beaches to name but a few choices.
For watersports enthusiasts there are a range of activities on offer including world class surfing, paddelboarding, coasteering and open water swimming.
There are many great cycling routes including the family friendly tarka trail.
The holiday cottages are also surrounded by footpaths that lead you across the stunning Devon countryside.

Rates: From £380 to £1700 per week depending on season.
