Orchard Lodge offers spacious, open-plan living with a comfortable lounge, dining, and kitchen area designed for relaxation and convenience. The lodge features two bedrooms: one with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a second with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles, along with its own wardrobe and drawers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, four-ring hob with full-size oven and grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and slow cooker. The lounge area has a flat-screen Freeview TV, DVD player, corner sofa bed and a dining table with seating for six. The modern bathroom includes a spacious electric shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Electric heaters ensure comfort throughout the lodge, while French doors open onto a west-facing veranda and patio, perfect for enjoying the sunset. There’s an adjacent lockable utility room with an extra shower, WC and fridge, ideal for additional storage. The lodge sleeps four guests, with space for two additional people on the sofa bed for an extra charge.

Pound Farm is easily accessible just a 10-minute drive from the M5 (J28). We are situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, which has a historic church and popular Inn. 3 miles from the popular market town of Tiverton which has a range of excellent restaurants, cafes and local shops it is also famous for its Grand Western Canal. We are within easy reach of both the North and South Devon Coasts. (About a 40min drive to either coast) As well as exploring Exmoor and Dartmoor both within a 20-mile radius.
