Fyne Byre Cottage is an open-plan, single-level barn conversion that offers a relaxing and comfortable countryside retreat at Leanach in Argyll.

Inside, a bright sunroom leads into a generous living, dining and kitchen area. This open space is fitted with a range cooker and a woodburning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere (wood supplied). A stable door opens out onto a private, elevated deck that offers sweeping views of the surrounding hills and Loch Fyne.

The cottage accommodates up to seven guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. There is a super king-size room with an ensuite bathroom that includes a charming roll-top bath, as well as a separate walk-in shower room. Additional sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom and a third room with a queen bed and a single bunk.

Outside you will find a hot tub, spacious patio and a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a firepit, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in all seasons.
