No 2 The Old Bakery is a pretty Cotswold stone cottage situated in the picturesque village of Broadway. The location makes the holiday cottage perfect for exploring the Cotswolds various villages and it is also within easy access of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham.
2 The Old BakeryThe cottage sleeps four people and is tastefully decorated throughout. The ground floor has a sitting room with feature fire and doors that lead out to the enclosed garden and patio. There is a brook running along the bottom of the south facing garden. The lounge has Freeview TV and there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor has two bedrooms - one double and one twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.
Please note, because of the brook at the bottom of the garden we can only welcome children aged 8 years and over, although babes-in-arms are welcome.
There is private parking for one car, additional parking can be arranged, please ask.
Visiting Broadway & Exploring The AreaThe village is ideally situated for visiting the other beautiful Cotswold villages, with the larger towns of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham and Oxford all within a 30 to 45 minute drive from the property. Broadway has three public houses, two hotels (including the famous Lygon Arms) and several excellent restaurants, serving a range of international cuisine with other restaurants in the local villages. The village also hosts a wide range of shops and facilities including a post office, Lloyds Bank, chemist, library, butchers, deli, newsagents, petrol station, 2 small supermarkets, plus antiques, arts and clothing shops and two Museums. There are three golf courses, lake and river fishing and horse riding all nearby.
