Accommodation

The property is decorated in a tasteful palette of neutral tones, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. On the first floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms along with a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower.

Downstairs, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a convenient stay, including a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The lounge offers a relaxing space with a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A separate dining room provides an ideal setting for enjoying meals, while a cloakroom with a wash basin and toilet is also located on this level.

For safety and peace of mind, the cottage is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. There is a designated parking space at the property, with additional parking available in a nearby car park for an extra charge. Due to the proximity of the brook and the height of the drop, the property is not suitable for children under the age of seven.
