Accommodation

Guests can enjoy a traditional drawing room with a working fireplace, an inviting library with its own working fireplace, and a separate, well-stocked bar.

There are two fully equipped kitchens, one of which features an AGA, as well as a utility room with a wood-burning stove. For dining, the grand dining room seats ten at the main table, with an additional orbiting table seating four. There is also a separate breakfast room, ideal for relaxed morning gatherings.

The house offers six peaceful bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with eight toilets in total. While it comfortably sleeps ten guests, larger groups can also make use of a small double bed to accommodate up to twelve. Each of the six bedrooms is a double, providing generous and comfortable accommodation.

Modern comforts are thoughtfully provided, including Wi-Fi, television, board games, books, hairdryers, a washing machine and dryer and an iron and board. Locally made, naturally pure bathroom products, Egyptian cotton bedlinen and Italian bathrobes add an extra touch of comfort and luxury.

Outside, the property features a walled garden patio and a sun house, offering peaceful spots to relax and take in the tranquil Highland surroundings.

The house is set within an estate of over 800 acres of unspoilt Scottish countryside, offering an exceptional sense of space and seclusion. The main loch spans 40 acres, while two smaller lochans, Kettle Loch and Bridesfauld Loch, are tucked away in the surrounding woodlands. Guests can wander for miles through ancient forests, enjoying peaceful walks and opportunities for restorative forest bathing. To help you make the most of your stay, rowing boats, mountain bikes and fishing rods during the season are available, along with an outdoor sauna by the loch and a yoga studio set among the trees.

We can also offer a variety of experiences as an add-on, including bagpipe performances, clay pigeon and archery, yoga classes, ghillie services and much more, see our website for details.
