At Jamieson Properties each of our unique properties has been carefully chosen and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a stay that is comfortable, relaxing and truly memorable. Attention has been given to every detail so guests can feel at home and make the most of their time away. Two of our cottages are located in the charming coastal town of Portsoy and we’re excited to be adding two pods to our accommodation offering from April 2026.

Step into easy, relaxed luxury at The Garden Cottage, where every detail has been thoughtfully arranged for comfort and ease. A stylish kitchen and elegant lounge flow through to a bright sunroom that’s perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The cottage offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with a sumptuous king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep and the other with twin beds that can be zip-linked into a double on request, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, ideal for a refreshing start or soothing end to the day. Outside, you can unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy meals in the fresh air, or simply relax in the generous, landscaped garden.

At Hideaway Cottage, life slows down so you can savour the simple luxuries, whether that’s unwinding in the warm bubbles of the hot tub beneath a clear, star-filled sky, enjoying relaxed alfresco meals on the patio, or heading out to discover the dramatic cliffside walks close by. The peaceful walled garden creates a private, leafy retreat, offering a sense of calm and seclusion along with the perfect spot to relax and recharge. More than just a place to stay, Hideaway Cottage offers an experience designed for making special memories with the people who matter most.
