Overlooking the Dyfi Estuary and the Cambrian Mountains, the farm offers breathtaking views in an area officially recognised as Wales’ only new-style UNESCO Biosphere. Just 4.4 miles from the seaside village of Aberdyfi and 6.5 miles from the historic town of Machynlleth, this picturesque setting on the banks of the Dyfi Estuary provides an ideal holiday location for those seeking natural beauty and tranquility. Choose from three idyllic self catering properties:

The Farm House - Sleeps 6

The farmhouse entrance opens directly into a spacious, modern country kitchen. It is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, double oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. At the centre of the kitchen sits an oak dining table that comfortably seats up to six people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC. Leading from the kitchen is a generous lounge with lovely views of the garden. Featuring traditional black oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel stove and the original bread oven, the room exudes classic farmhouse charm. Leather sofas provide seating for six or more and entertainment is provided by a television with built-in Freeview, along with a DVD and VHS player. French doors open onto a small patio and a large, well-maintained private garden, perfect for families to relax and play. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 is a double room overlooking the farm courtyard, Bedroom 2 is a single room at the rear with views of the garden and Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom, featuring both a double and a single bed, tea-making facilities, a private TV and garden views. The family bathroom includes a power shower, bath and WC.

The lounge area offers a small sofa and two comfortable easy chairs, one of which is an electric recliner, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. There's also a Freeview TV with video and DVD player and a small dining table with chairs tucked in the corner.
