Welcome to our delightful spacious house in the centre of St Davids with its Cathedral, Bishops Palace, restaurants, pubs and other amenities, yet in a quiet position. Special features include a large sunny garden and conservatory and off road parking.
The Pembrokeshire Coast path at St Nons is a 10 minutes’ walk and Caerfai Bay is a 20 minute walk from the house. Whitesands Bay, renowned for surfing, is close by as are other sandy beaches and coves such as Porthsele, Abereiddy and Newgale.
AccommodationOn the ground floor there is a comfortable living room, large dining room, kitchen /breakfast room, cloakroom /utility room and light pleasant conservatory.
The modern kitchen has a gas oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. The utility room has both a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two rooms with king size beds and one room with two single beds. There is one shower room en suite and a family bathroom.
There is a secluded garden with patio area and garden furniture, great for breakfast outdoors or watching the stunning sunsets.
In the living room there is a TV and DVD player.
There is gas fired central heating.

Visit the many shops and facilities St Davids city has to offer, artisan and craft shops, local market, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Take a boat to Ramsey Island and spot seals and choughs, peregrine falcons, little owls and deer.
Walk the coast path and see wild flowers, porpoises and prehistoric hut circles.
Cycle along quiet lanes and byways
Kayak to hidden coves or climb and abseil on the cliffs. Even go coasteering and jump into the Blue Lagoon.
