Number Eight is a cosy self catering holiday home that is in the peaceful Evenlode Valley, close to the Wychwood Forest. The cottage is a short walk from the centre of Chadlington and only 3 miles from Chipping Norton. We are perfectly located for visiting the many attractions in Oxfordshire and for those who want to explore the Cotswolds.

Accommodation

This cosy Cotswold stone cottage dates back to the mid 19th Century and is an ideal retreat for those who are looking to unwind, whatever the season. The cottage has a cosy living room with a settee, TV and radio.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Steep stairs lead to a double bedroom and a bathroom. The bed settee in the living room allows additional sleeping accommodation if needed. The property also benefits from a garden room and secluded patio garden with furniture.

A welcome tray with wine, homemade biscuits and marmalade is provided.

All linen and electricity are included.

Visiting Chadlington & Exploring Oxfordshire

The beautiful surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the numerous footpaths and bridleways around the village. Picturesque Cotswold towns including Burford, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water are a short drive away, as is the pretty riverside village of Lechlade on Thames.
