Grove Farm Holidays offers self catering accommodation in our 2 holiday cottages situated in Repps-with-Bastwick, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. The working farm is situated in the quiet village of Repps-with-Bastwick only half a mile from Potter Heigham and 5 miles from Hickling broad in the heart of the Broadland National Park. Both self catering cottages sleep 4+2 and are available all year round.

Rosemary Barn

This self-catering holiday cottage is tastefully furnished and features its own private garden. The cottage includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Additionally, the open-plan lounge and kitchen area has a bed settee, providing extra sleeping space. For your convenience, the cottage is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooker. Duvets and all bed linen are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Outside, enjoy the privacy of your own garden or take advantage of the large shared garden, which includes swings for children. This charming cottage offers a delightful retreat for families and friends alike.

This self-catering cottage also has its own private garden. The accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with an open-plan lounge and kitchen area that has a bed settee. The cottage is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and cooker. Duvets and all bed linen are provided for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the private garden or the large shared garden, which includes swings, a BBQ and a fire pit.

While staying at Grove Farm you can explore the area in many ways you can hire a boat by the hour or day from nearby riverside boat yards and visit many beautiful villages, stop at excellent riverside pubs for good food and real ale or just while away the hours watching the magnificent wildlife on the Norfolk Broads until the sun goes down.

Miles of sandy beaches nearby, are part of a great coastline offering an attractive blend of wide sandy beaches, sand dunes and cliffs. Fun for all the family at the bustling seaside resorts of Hemsby and Great Yarmouth with its famous Golden Mile and the Pleasure Beach.
