Trinity Cottage offers superb self catering accommodation Rollesby, based in a lovely area of Norfolk. We are near Great Yarmouth and in a brilliant base for exploring the area.

Accommodation

The cottage overlooks countryside and has gardens to the rear and the front of the property enabling guests to enjoy both morning and afternoon sun. There is ample garden furniture and with its own hot tub spa situated to the rear of the cottage.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a large open plan living area and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The kitchen is hand built in pine and fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, electric double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.

The living area has seating for eight people, occasional tables, bookcase with books, games and large smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats eight people. Patio doors lead to your own hot tub spa and back garden.

The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room with basin and toilet. The first floor comprises three en suite bedrooms. Two are double bedrooms, both with en suite showers. The third bedroom is a twin room with en suite shower room. Duvets, linen and towels are provided.

The cottage has been built to the latest standards and has full oil-fired central heating included in the booking price.

Cots and highchairs available at time of booking. Please bring your own cot bedding.

Visiting Rollesby & Exploring Norfolk

Lots of great attractions area in the local area. A 15 - 20 minute drive will take you to the amazing sea colony at Horsey, whilst the area has an abundance of scenic walking and cycling routes. Enjoy a magical boat trip on the broads or enjoy seeing the wonderful animals at Thirgby Wildlife Park. Superb attractions to visit include:
