Ideally situated, the property is just a short drive from the royal Sandringham Estate, the traditional seaside town of Hunstanton and the stunning beaches of Holkham, making it an excellent base for exploring the best of the Norfolk coast.
This spacious holiday home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests and is perfect for families or groups.
It features a large sitting room with a dining area and four well-appointed bedrooms, including one double, two twins and a single, with one twin bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. For added comfort, there are two downstairs shower and WC suites. The house is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a colour TV with Freeview, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, and an additional fridge.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with a brick BBQ, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the garden.
Electricity and heating is included in the price. Duvets & blankets are supplied.
Heacham village offers a range of local shopping facilities, while the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is just two miles away. Known as the home of North Norfolk Lavender, Heacham is also ideally located near Sandringham and Holkham. The area is a haven for birdwatchers, with several RSPB reserves close by.
