Orchard Close is a spacious and inviting coastal retreat, perfect for families or groups looking for a budget-friendly holiday by the sea. Located in the peaceful village of Sandilands on the Lincolnshire coast, this detached home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Just a short four-minute walk from the sandy beach and scenic promenade, the property also includes access to a private beach hut, adding to the relaxed seaside charm.

On the ground floor, the property features an entrance porch leading into a bright and cheerful sitting and dining room, where comfortable seating is arranged around an open fire. A television, DVD player and CD player are provided, along with a dining table that seats up to eight guests. The kitchen and adjoining pantry include everything needed for self-catering, such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC suitable for wheelchair users. There is also a separate WC for added convenience.

Upstairs, the first floor offers a master double bedroom, a triple bedroom with three single beds, and a single bedroom. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and wash basin is available, along with a separate WC.

Outside, the large garden provides plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine, and off-road parking is available for guests. Additional features include WiFi access and dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Sandilands is a great base for a coastal break, whether you’re looking to unwind by the sea or explore the surrounding Fens and Wolds. The neighbouring village of Sutton on Sea is just a mile away along the promenade and offers more amenities, including a highly-rated fish and chip shop, a Blue Flag beach, children’s play area with a paddling pool and the Black Cat Equestrian Centre for horse riding enthusiasts.

Further afield, the traditional seaside towns of Mablethorpe and Skegness provide classic seaside fun with Blue Flag beaches, summer entertainment and cinemas. For golf lovers, the area offers several excellent courses including two in Skegness, two in Louth and championship courses in Woodhall Spa. Additional options can be found in Grimsby, Spalding, Boston and Lincoln, all within easy driving distance.
