Island House provides fantastic self catering accommodation in the charming village of Whiting Bay, offering glorious views across Clyde to Ayrshire and Holy Island. We are perfect for a magical holiday on the Isle of Arran.

Accommodation

Our lovely cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and sleeps up to 4 people. A lovely enclosed garden at the back of the house has raised beds, outdoor seating, a BBQ and a pretty pond with a fountain and goldfish. From the front garden you can admire stunning views of the sea.

A well-equipped kitchen comes with an electric hob, oven, microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Unwind in the cosy living/dining room which has TV/DVD player.

A lovely bedroom comes with a king bed and the other has two single beds, one of which has a stowaway bed if required. All beds have a quality mattress. Two bathrooms are available: a bath with an overhead shower and a walk-in shower. All towels are provided.

Visiting Whiting Bay & Exploring the Isle of Arran

Within the village, there are several great places to eat, coffee shops, a nearby pub, grocers, chemist, post office and garage. Leisure facilities in the area include golf, bowling, putting, plus coastal and forestry walks. There is also a large playing field adjoining the beach which is great for children. Great attractions to visit include:

Brodick Castle, Garden and Country Park.
Lochranza Distillery.
Goatfell
Holy Isle.
Glen Rosa.
