Belvedere Cottage is a purpose-built self-catering property located next to Belvedere Guest House, offering a truly scenic setting on the Isle of Arran. From the cottage, guests can take in stunning, uninterrupted views across Brodick Bay towards Goat Fell, the island’s highest peak. Its convenient location near the ferry terminal means you are just a short walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach, while also benefiting from free parking.

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a ground-floor double bedroom with an en-suite and a twin room upstairs with access to a separate bathroom. A sofa bed in the living area can be used for a child, and for those travelling with infants, a complimentary travel cot, high chair and optional stair gates are available.

The open-plan living space is well equipped for a relaxing stay, including a digital TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. The kitchen area provides everything needed for self-catering, such as a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, along with ample crockery, cutlery and seating for up to five people.

Guests are provided with all bed linen and towels and both central heating and electricity are included. Additional conveniences such as hairdryers are supplied and visitors are welcome to make use of the garden during their stay.

Brodick, the main hub of the Isle of Arran, offers a fantastic base for exploring a mix of natural beauty and historic attractions. A highlight is Brodick Castle, a grand baronial castle set within beautiful gardens and woodland, perfect for a leisurely day out. For those who enjoy walking, Goat Fell, the island’s highest peak, provides rewarding hikes with spectacular panoramic views. Along the coast, the Arran Coastal Way offers scenic trails with ever-changing sea views, while Brodick Bay is ideal for relaxed beach walks. Nearby, visitors can also explore heritage sites, local craft shops, and wildlife-rich landscapes, making the area perfect for both adventure and relaxation.
