Cobble House is a three-bedroom property situated in the heart of Padstow on the North Cornwall coast. Tucked away in a small courtyard just yards from the picturesque harbour, it is surrounded by the town’s vibrant shops, cafés and renowned restaurants. Perfectly positioned for a relaxed and memorable seaside holiday, the house also includes the convenience of a dedicated parking space located right by the harbour.
Cobble House dates back to the 19th Century. The cottage has been tastefully furnished throughout and renovated to a high standard. It retains many original features and has stripped floorboards and an original slate floor.
On the ground floor is a living room with wood burning stove, sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD player and Sonos Music System. An ideal place to relax and unwind. The dining room has seating for up to six people and a highchair is available as well. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a small utility room with a separate washer & dryer and downstairs toilet.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite and the main family bathroom and on the second floor there are two twin rooms. All beds are made before arrival and all bed linen is provided.
Outside is a garden with a patio area which overlooks Padstow Harbour. Perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.
Many beaches are nearby - St George's Cove, Tregirls and Hawker's Cove are fantastic family beaches and if that's not enough then there are the beaches of Rock, just a 5 minute ferry ride across the river. Prideaux Place overlooks Padstow. This fine Elizabethan country house comes complete with formal gardens and a deer park. The Camel trail begins in Padstow before passing through Wadebridge and on to Bodmin and then to the village of Blisland on Bodmin Moor. Following the course of the River Camel the scenery is stunning and there is plenty of wildlife to spot too. One of the greatest attractions of Padstow is its harbour. Here there are no shortage of cafes and shops. Many places to explore are nearby:
