Crofter’s Rest is a fully equipped detached bungalow for up to four guests, set in the peaceful rural hamlet of Goonlaze. Surrounded by the beautiful green Cornish countryside and just a short walk from the village of Stithians, it offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ideally located in West Cornwall, both the north and south coasts are within easy reach, making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

The bungalow sleeps four in two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin. Inside, there is a cosy lounge with reclining sofas, a gas fire, widescreen TV and DVD player, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day out. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area includes an electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and seating for four. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the adjacent laundry shed. Crofter’s Rest also features a modern bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet.

Outside, guests can enjoy both a lawned front garden and a private lawned rear garden, perfect for making the most of the peaceful surroundings. There is parking for two cars, bed linen is provided and gas central heating is included in the price. Electricity is supplied via a £1 slot meter.

For those looking to explore, Stithians Lake is close by and offers scenic walks, watersports, bike hire and a welcoming local pub and a good selection of local amenities, while the surrounding area is perfect for discovering some of Cornwall’s best attractions, including the historic city of Truro, the harbourside town of Falmouth and the beautiful gardens and coastal scenery found throughout the region.
