The barns both have oil-fired central heating and upstairs you will find a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a comfortable lounge with TV, alongside a single bedroom featuring a toilet, washbasin and a curtained gallery overlooking the hallway. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet. In Barn 2 the single bedroom has a smaller 2'6" bed.

Preserving the charm of its original architecture, including timber beams, it comprises of a living area with TV, dining space and a galleried mezzanine. There is a kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The Stable has a double bedroom and a galleried bedroom with two low German slatted beds upstairs, plus a bathroom with a toilet. Notably, one double bedroom and two open mezzanine floors provide versatile sleeping arrangements, including a futon accessible by ladder.

This flat offers an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and sitting area with TV. There is also a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with access to a shower room.

Each accommodation boasts full oil-fired central heating and splendid countryside views. Guests have access to a fully-equipped laundry room and a large games room with a snooker table. Duvets and pillows are provided (towels not included).

All the accommodation is set on our working farm where we have sheep & other animals that you are welcome to say hello to.

Church Farm presents an ideal base for exploring. Bournemouth, with its railway station, is a mere 15-minute drive away. Essential amenities can be found at Parley Cross, accessible via a field footpath about ¾ mile away.
