The fully equipped kitchen-diner includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, featuring a large fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, filter coffee machine and toasty underfloor heating. The adjoining family room offers a cosy spot to unwind, complete with a smart TV, DVD player, books, puzzles and games, as well as French doors that open onto a sunny decked terrace. The main sitting room is perfect for relaxing evenings with its wood burner, comfortable sofas and large smart TV. A south-facing conservatory provides a peaceful setting for morning coffee or an afternoon read, while a dedicated study with a large desk and fast Wi-Fi makes remote working easy. Additional conveniences include a cloakroom with laundry facilities and ample storage space in the entrance hallway for coats, boots and beach gear.

Upstairs, guests will find three spacious and comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage and a modern en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has two full-sized single beds, while the super-king room can be converted into a twin on request.
