69 Wellington Street offers wonderful self catering accommodation in the village of Matlock. Our house in Derbyshire is near the centre of town and in a great location for exploring the Peak District National Park.

Accommodation

Our house sleeps up to 7 people, great for family or group holiday. To the rear of the house parking for 1 car.

Inside we have an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: a gas oven with a four-ring hob, microwave and large fridge freezer. You can relax in the lounge after a day sightseeing. There is a large corner sofa and a smart TV.

We have a basement bedroom with a king bed and smart tv. The shower room has a shower and WC. There are 3 other bedrooms, including a master room with a super king bed that enjoys glorious views of the area. A family bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is a separate utility room with space for muddy boots and pets and we provide a BBQ.

Visting Matlock & Exploring Derbyshire

We are a brilliant location for exploring Matlock, home to shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Only 8 miles from us is Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall is 7 miles away. The market town of Bakewell is 8.5 miles away and offers lots of shops. Attractions to visit include:

Heights of Abraham.
Gulliver's Kingdom.
Peak Rail.
Peak District Mining Museum.
