Pear Tree Farm Guest House in Lea Bridge offers fantastic self catering accommodation. We a just a short drive to Matlock and perfect for an idyllic break in Derbyshire.
Our traditional property can be hired for sole use and sleeps up to 22 people, ideal for a family or group getaway.
Inside we have a large lounge with a TV, DVD player, wood burning stove, books, games and DVDs. This a lovely spot to relax after a day exploring the area.
The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric induction range cooker 2 ovens and 2 grills, 2 x 4 bar toasters, microwave, 2 fridges, freezers, dishwasher, washer and dryer. In the back kitchen, there is a spare LPG cooker single oven.
We have 9 bedrooms: 4 doubles, 2 twins and 2 family rooms. All the rooms include en suites, original artwork, bed linen, a TV, hairdryer and towels. Two of the rooms are on the ground floor.
We also have a heated art studio that comes with a table and chairs.
We are just a 10-minute stroll from the local pub/restaurant, the Jug & Glass. Only a 10-minute drive from us is Matlock Bath and the High Peak Trail is 15 minutes away. Around 15 minutes from us is Hollway village which has a post office and an award-winning butcher. Attractions to visit include:
