Four Oaks Cottage - Four Oaks Estate offers fabulous self catering accommodation in the farming village of Cargo, a suburb of Carlisle. Further afield you can visit a variety of attractions in Cumbria.
Our cottage sleeps up to 8 and is ideal for a family or group holiday in a great location. The cottage offers private parking for 2 cars and extra parking may be available.
Inside the cottage, a lounge with French doors has comfy seating, a log burner and a 55’’ smart TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of appliances including an electric fan-assisted oven and separate grill, ceramic hob with an extraction hood, built-in microwave, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. The large oak dining table seats 8.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. There are 2 twin bedrooms which have zip and link beds which can be made as a super king. There is also a bunk room and a double room. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and there is a separate bath.
Outside we have a children’s play park, a state-of-the-art hot tub and an artificial grass area with a giant football pool. There is also an outdoor ping-pong table.
Our cottage is just 10 minutes from the shopping outlet in Gretna Green. At nearby Blackdyke Farm, there is horse riding and a swimming pool. In Cargo, there is a children’s park with a play area and park toys. Attractions to visit include:
