Aura offers fantastic self catering accommodation just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Keswick. Our 4 star holiday apartment in Cumbria is only a short stroll from traditional pubs, chic bars, outdoor hops and quirky independent shops.

Accommodation

Our beautifully furnished first-floor apartment offers a real home from home atmosphere. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and comes with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The large sitting room is great for relaxing in after a day sightseeing. Facilities include comfy sofas, a smart TV with Catch-up TV and streaming, a DVD player and an electric fire inset in the feature fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a small dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with half-size freezer above, a microwave and a gas hob and an electric oven. A small table and chairs in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and the lounge area has a dining table and chairs which offers gorgeous views across Latrigg and Skiddaw. A door from the kitchen leads onto a delightful south-facing terrace with seating. The ideal place for a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon.

Two attractive bedrooms are available: a king room and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a large bath and separate showers, washbasin and WC.

Visiting Keswick & Exploring Cumbria

We are only a 5-minute walk from the town centre’s shops, restaurants, pubs and transport hubs. Ten minutes on foot from the town centre is Derwentwater, a gorgeous lake with scenic footpaths and boating. You can visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, a famous monument built around 3000 BCE. Keswick also offers an abundance of walking routes, including many from our front door. Further attractions to visit include:

Keswick Museum.
Latrigg.
Catbells.
Walla Crag.
Skiddaw.
