Capel Ucha is a 19th Century property that provides modern accommodation. It is in a countryside location half a mile from Llanfairfechan. This well known seaside resort has a few amenities. In Winter it is home to the UK's largest population of crested grebes.

Llanfairfechan is only half a mile away. It is a small Victorian resort. It has a prom, boating lake and bowling green. It is a popular destination for windsurfers and kite surfers. The town has a popular nature reserve.

The area surrounding the property has public footpaths and mountain hiking areas.

Conwy is an interesting county full of historic towns and pretty villages. One third of the area lies in the Snowdonia National Park. It offers plenty of interesting attractions and activities. Some examples include:
