St. David’s is a traditional marine residence that has been thoughtfully transformed into a collection of inviting holiday apartments, each individually styled to create a comfortable home-from-home. Seven self-catering apartments are available, offering one or two bedrooms, including the luxury Garden Apartment with its own private outdoor space.
The Garden Apartment provides easy ground floor living with a hallway leading to a king-size bedroom and a twin room. It includes a shower room with a large cubicle and handrail, a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and a spacious kitchen-dining area equipped with modern appliances and French doors opening onto a south-facing patio. The dual-aspect lounge also opens to the patio and features Freeview TV, DVD, CD, radio, an iPod dock and Wi-Fi. Outside, guests have parking for one car and an enclosed sunny garden with a lawn and seating.
Apartment 1 is a ground-floor retreat for two, offering a lounge and dining area with views of the rear garden and patio access. It includes a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with fitted storage and a hairdryer, and an en-suite shower room. Heating is provided by gas central heating, and parking is available on-site.
Apartment 2 is a spacious ground-floor studio for two, featuring twin beds, a comfortable lounge area with an electric log-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate shower room. Electric panel and convector heaters provide warmth, and guests have access to the communal garden and parking.
Apartment 3, also on the ground floor, includes an entrance hall leading to a bright lounge-dining area with full-width patio doors that open onto the garden. It offers a fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom with ample storage and a separate shower room. Gas central heating, on-site parking and communal garden access are provided.
Apartment 4 is a first-floor hideaway for two, with a light-filled lounge boasting lovely sea views. It includes comfortable seating, a fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom with built-in storage and a modern shower room. Electric radiators provide controllable heating, and parking and garden access are available.
Apartment 5, on the first floor, accommodates two or three guests. It has an entrance hall with storage, a lounge with hill and side sea views, a fully equipped kitchen-diner and two bedrooms, a double and a single. A spacious shower room and gas central heating complete the property, along with parking and use of the communal garden.
Apartment 7, located on the second floor, sleeps two to four guests and features a lounge with beautiful garden and sea views, a fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedroom and a modern shower room. Gas central heating, on-site parking and communal garden access are all included.
St. David’s is ideally situated just moments from the seafront and promenade and only a short walk from Rhos village centre, where cafés, pubs and restaurants await. With Llandudno just four miles away and Conwy only ten minutes by car, it provides a perfect base for exploring the surrounding coastline and attractions. Places to visit include:
