Conwy Valley Holiday Cottages are in the beautiful area of Tyn y Groes, Conwy. Our 6 self catering stone built cottages are close to the edge of the Snowdonia National park and have the charms of a bygone Victorian era and equipped with the modern conveniences of today.
Whether staying for business or for pleasure Conwy Valley Cottages has the ideal lodging for you, with cottages accommodating four to seven adults comfortably. All bed linen is provided for guests. Each cottage has laundry facilities available for your added comfort as well.
Llwyn BedwA pretty cobbled courtyard setting for this spacious stone holiday cottage with its own clock tower. It is suitable for the less able with a ground floor double bedroom and cloakroom. A fitted kitchen/diner and comfortable sitting room with an open fire and patio door to lawned garden completes the downstairs. Upstairs there are a double bedroom with sloping ceiling and en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and main bathroom.
Plas HelygA beautiful converted holiday cottage with 2 bedrooms – a double with four poster bed and twin. Provides you with private garden space that offers a picnic atmosphere for you to enjoy all year round. The living area has a full sized kitchen diner. The relaxing lounge area provides television and DVD for your entertainment with wonderfully cosy open fire to take the chill off on cool evenings.
Plas YwThis quaint L shaped self catering cottage offers facilities for the less able as it is all ground floor level. It provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, single bedroom, separate bathroom and fitted kitchen/diner. A cosy lounge with an open fire in a stone fireplace has French windows leading onto a patio and into a pleasant garden.
Maes MasarnThis particularly spacious stone semi detached cottage enjoys fine views as far as the Great Orme at Llandudno. Upstairs provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom. A folding bed is available on request. Downstairs there is an attractive fitted kitchen/diner, utility room, cloakroom and beamed living/dining room with open fire. A rear door leads into the large hedged garden.
Tressi PorfforThis attractive stone cottage with its walls clad in wisteria, has two double bedrooms, one also with a single bed, a bathroom with shower over bath, a fitted kitchen/diner and a cosy lounge with feature stone walls and an open fire. A rear door leads into a spacious garden.

Located next to the owners’ house at Tyn-y-Groes, 3 miles south of Conwy, surrounded by beautiful scenery of the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia National Park.
