Craobh Haven Cottages are high quality self catering holiday homes located on the coast of Argyll, between Ardfern and Kilmelford, just south of Oban. Both cottages offer wonderful uninterrupted west-facing views of shoreline and islands.
Accommodation
The two cottages, Islay Cottage and Jura Cottage, are both tastefully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The cottages are well equipped and less than 100 yards from the sea, offering stunning views of the islands.Both cottages have cosy living areas with a real fireplace built with local stone, plus a flat screen TV. The open plan kitchen comes with a range of appliances for home-cooking, including a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cafetiere or filter coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and an electric oven and hob.
Each cottage comes with an upstairs double master bedroom with a 5ft divan and king size duvet, plus a wash-hand basin. The room enjoys glorious sea views. A second bedroom comes with twin beds. Jura’s twin room has a wash basin and there is also twin full-size bunk beds. All the bedrooms come with electric blankets, apart from the bunkroom. All the bathrooms include an electric shower over the bath.
Visiting Craobh Haven & Exploring Argyll
The charming village of Craobh is a lovely place to explore, home to a busy marina where you can see the yachts coming and going. In the village there is The Lord of the Isles, a great pub serving drinks and food. Just behind the village are the Lunga Riding Stables.
