Lunga Estate

Summary

Lunga Estate is a 4000 acres of stunning Scottish countryside. Located on the Craignish Peninsula near Lochgilphead, a short drive from Craobh Haven and just over the hill from Ardfern. This lovely estate has a collection of comfortable self catering cottages and cabins available. Many right on the beach. Stables for horse riding and a pier for BBQs and watersports, local lochs for fishing and miles of unspoiled walks. An ideal place to explore Argyll and the Scottish Highlands.

Dail Cottage

A traditional stone holiday cottage that sleeps 6. Three double/ twin rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living area with open fire and large family bathroom.

Crowhill Cabin

Boasting breathtaking views of the islands of the inner hebrides. A lovely self catering cabin nestled in the trees high up the hill. Sleeps 3 with a large bright double bed and a small single. The living area and kitchen has all the usual amenities and a wood burning stove, plus there is a space for an extra bed for a visiting guest.

Shore Cottage

This stone cottage is one of the firm favourites right on the beach. Sleeps 4 in two double/ twin rooms. A large open plan living area with well equipped kitchen. Wood burning stove and underfloor heating. Large bathroom with bath and shower.

Scotts Cabin

A well insulated self catering larch lapboard cabin with stunning views over a pond and on towards the gulf of the Corryvreckan. Sleeps 3 in a double/ twin and small single room. Small galley kitchen and living area with french windows open onto a small deck.

Forresters Cabin

A lovely place for couples. Right in the heart of the Park surrounded by horses. This small single level cabin has no steps so useful for those with less mobility. Double / twin room and two further single beds in the living area which are often used for those coming to the estate for functions. So can sleep 4.

Oyster & Starfish Lodges

These are wooden lodges right on the beach with spectacular views. Warm and cosy with two bedrooms each (sleeping 4 in total) large deck areas for sitting out and watching the boats and wildlife passing by a relaxing little corner away from the world.

Beachcombers

Beachcombers cabin on the shoreline near Craobh Haven sleeps 4 in two spacious double/twin rooms one with en suite, plus another bathroom. Large open plan living area with dining kitchen and seating round a large woodburning stove.

All beds have electric blankets and are fully made up with linen (sheets and duvets with covers) and towels.

Wifi in most cabins and cottages but also good mobile signal in other areas. Free wifi outside the estate office.
