The Granary is a self catering holiday cottage at Horslea Farm which is a working farm, 7 miles south of Perth at Forgandenny. Our holiday home can sleep up to 6 people and is one of two holiday cottages on the farm that have been converted from steading buildings. They are an idyllic country retreat where guests can enjoy the delights of the beautiful surrounding Perthshire farmland, stunning views of the Ochil and Sidlaw hills and the Strathearn Valley.

Large Family bedroom with king size bed and a day bed for the larger party.
The holiday cottage is fully equipped and come complete with linen. A cot and a child bed can be hired if required. Our cottage has underfloor heating throughout which is supplied by a renewable energy system utilizing the heat from the ground and conversion by a heat exchange pump giving lots of hot water and a comfortable temperature. We also have a wonderful hot tub to enjoy.
Visiting Forgandenny & Exploring PerthshireOur self catering cottage offers you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday, or for the more active, cycling or walking the Core Path Network or golf at our local courses. At Horselea we offer you the opportunity to bring your horse on holiday and explore the area on horseback, use the facilities at the neighbouring livery yard or graze at Horselea.
