We can be found in the tiny farming hamlet of Branton, nestling at the foot of the Cheviot Hills, yet only half an hour from the coast.
AccommodationOur cottages were created from a range of stone farm buildings surrounding a sheltered and attractive courtyard. Great care was taken to preserve the original character of the buildings as well as meeting the requirements of a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Traditional country furnishings have been used throughout and all cottages have modern well-equipped kitchens with electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Satellite TV, CD/radio, telephones and well-stocked bookshelves are standard as well as wood-burning stoves and oil-fired central heating. All have lounges and bathrooms and all are either 4 or 5 star Gold rated.

Castle Close: Sleeps 2. Attractive, spacious cottage offering well designed, stylish accommodation. One double bedroom.
Cheviot: Sleeps 4. One of the original farm cottages, this is a single-storey property with its own private south-facing garden. One large double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. One twin bedroom.
Coally Law: Sleeps 4. One of the original farm cottages, this is a single-storey property with its own private south-facing garden. One large double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. One twin bedroom.
Comby Hills: Sleeps 2 to 4. This luxurious cottage boasts floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and a stunning open plan living area. A wonderful kitchen comes with a large table and there living area has a wood burner and 42’’ flat screen TV. The master room has en suite facilities.
Craggy: Sleeps 2 to 4: Our lovely 1 bedroom cottage comes with a sumptuously decorated living room and well equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a double and twin room.
Heathery: Sleeps 6. One double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Two twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower.
Heron Hill: Sleeps 4: This ground level cottage has a farmhouse style kitchen, high ceilings and a wood burner in the living room. The master room has a sleigh bed and the twin comes with en suite facilities.
Kilnfield: Sleeps 2 to 4. Our cottage is ideal for families. The open plan living area is beautifully furnished and comes with a wood burner. Upstairs there is a twin room and a large master bedroom with en suite facilities.
Hemmel House Sleeps 8 & Millers Hill Sleeps 6. Hemmel House and Millers Hill are set together on a hillside, a mile as the crow flies from Branton, offering guests stunning views of the Cheviots to the west. There is one bedroom downstairs - twin which can be converted to a double, then upstairs - 1 double and 2 twins.
Night Fold: Sleeps 4. Stylishly designed luxury cottage. One double bedroom with en suite shower. One twin bedroom.
Near Brow: Sleeps 2: Our beautiful property has ground floor bedroom with en suite facilities. A staircase lead to a gorgeous open plan living area and modern kitchen. The wood burner in the living area will keep you warm and toasty in the winter months.
Outer Moss: Sleeps 6. The cottage is beautifully furnished and comes with a spacious open plan sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen comes with the latest mod cons. A master and twin en suite are available. A family bathroom is also available.
Souterpot: Sleeps 6. Superbly designed cottage. Luxuriously spacious living space. One double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Two twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower.
We also boast a range of stunning facilities, including a superb indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gym.
Guests can enjoy our brand-new coffee house, The Bosk. The cafe opens from 9 to 4, five days a week. You can savour freshly roasted coffee, delicious traybakes, tasty food and mouth-watering wines, all in a wonderful setting.
