Accommodation

This modern cottage style three bedroomed semi-detached house is tastefully furnished and only a few minutes from the town centre. The property sleeps up to 6 people and is great for a family or group looking for somewhere relaxing to stay.

Downstairs there is a lounge/dining area which comes with Freeview TV, a DVD player, radio and CD player. From the sofa you can enjoy a coffee whilst enjoying views over the garden. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. A downstairs double bedroom and bathroom are available, suitable for people with limited mobility.

Upstairs there is a double and twin room. Both bedrooms boast stunning views of Goat Fell. Each bedroom comes with a clock radio and hair dryer. All bed linen and towels are included.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, with a patio area and garden furniture for al fresco dining.

Visiting Brodick & Exploring the Isle of Arran

We are only a few minutes walk to the beach, golf course and the Auchrannie Spa with its swimming pool, leisure facilities, play barn, restaurants and bars. You can visit the historic Brodick Castle which has a wonderful collection of period pieces and beautiful gardens. You can also learn about the history of the island at the Isle of Arran Heritage Museum. Further attractions to visit include:
