The Isle of Arran or often called 'Scotland in Miniature' is home to lots of wildlife from red squirrels, red deer to Golden Eagles. Evidence of being situated in the Gulf Stream is seen by the palm trees, lilies and abundant vegetation growing naturally on Arran.

Part of Lamlash Bay is Scotland’s first ‘No Take Zone’, this protects the sea bed and marine life which has led to an increase in the amount of sea and bird life in the area. The coastline is varied and driving around the island provides scenery of majestic peaks and ridges to rolling wooded hills sweeping down to the sea with many beautiful long sandy beaches and interesting beaches with cleats and rock pools.
