Cider Barn

The Cider Barn at Grimpstonleigh is a luxurious self-catering holiday cottage suitable for up to 5 people, converted from a medieval stone and thatched barn. Set in an old cider orchard and surrounded by some of the most beautiful natural countryside in South Devon, this idyllic location, together with supremely comfortable accommodation, makes the Cider Barn the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.

The luxurious Cider Barn offers a stunning mix of contemporary style and country antique furnishings. A handmade shaker kitchen conceals every appliance necessary to make your life easy, while comfy sofas, smart television and limestone bathrooms pamper to your need for luxury. Outside there is rattan furniture for al fresco dining

Top Barn

The Top Barn is a fabulous self catering holiday cottage suitable for 4 people. Set in an old cider orchard and surrounded by some of the most beautiful natural countryside in South Devon, our converted barn is idyllically situated and together with our supremely comfortable accommodation, the Top Barn really is the perfect choice for your holiday.

The Top Barn living room is bright and sunny, with floor-to-ceiling French windows leading out to a large patio complete with BBQ and garden furniture. The rustic kitchen, leading off the living room, is arranged in a galley style with plenty of work surfaces and cupboards, as well as every appliance.

When you venture upstairs in the Top Barn you will be greeted by both the light and airy bedrooms which have beamed and vaulted ceilings and are all en suite. The master bedroom overlooks the orchard and has superb views all along the valley.

Both barns come with a range of excellent facilities, including a welcome hamper with lots of treats, handmade soaps, wonderful bed linen, a smart TV and antique pine furniture.

Onsite we have a range of amazing facilities including an indoor heating swimming pool, two crown pavilion gazebos, classic Webber BBQs, orchard and woods.

Visiting Kingsbridge & Exploring Devon

We are in the ideal location for discovering all that the area has to offer. Visit the majestic Dartmoor National Park and gorgeous South Devon coastline. Wander around the unspoilt sandy beaches or stroll through the atmospheric woodland. You can head into Kingsbridge, a bustling market town on the Kingsbridge Estuary which is surrounded by stunning countryside and home to interesting shops and restaurants.
