The apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The living space includes a 46’’ Smart TV with Netflix, a living flame glass-fronted gas fire and comfortable seating, with bay windows that showcase panoramic views of the beach, harbour, sea and horizon. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-quality Neff and Gorenje appliances, including a gas-on-glass hob, circotherm fan double oven, plate warming tray, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, combination microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area features a large Willis and Gambier light oak and glass table seating up to eight people.

There are three well-appointed bedrooms. The master en-suite has a king-size bed and access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea views. Bedroom two offers a comfortable double bed, while bedroom three has a double bed with a full-size bunk above, ideal for families. The family bathroom includes a shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside, the balcony provides an ideal spot to relax and enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the sweeping views of the beach and sea. Seagull View combines luxury, comfort and a prime location to create an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Our apartment is just a short stroll from the town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants. We are also just a short stroll to the beach. Newquay is home to Cornwall’s largest zoo where you can get closer to over 130 species in acres of grounds. Situated on Towan Beach in the centre of Newquay, opposite the famous Towan Island, the Blue Reef Aquarium is a stunning visit. Be amazed by the local marine species from the Cornish coast to hundreds of tropical species in the gigantic ocean display complete with underwater tunnel. Places to visit include:
