Cuddan Rose Holiday Bungalow overlooks the centre of Mount's Bay in an area designated as of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Close to the warm rocks and safe calm waters of beautiful Prussia Cove. Nearby three-quarter-mile Kenneggy Sands offers slightly tricky access at high tide, but rewarding calm waters and soft sands. Access both either by road then lane through farmland (4 minutes drive followed by 5 minutes walk) or walk by footpath (12 to 15 minutes) through a farmland valley. Nearby Cudden Point provides spectacular views of St Michael's Mount and Mount's Bay.


Cuddan Rose is a bungalow situated in its own grounds offering superb accommodation in one of the most beautiful areas of West Cornwall just above the picturesque Prussia Cove (once the home of famous smuggler John Carter). It is also close to the beautiful cliff land of Cudden Point and numerous coves, giving sea views from the bungalow and garden across Mount's Bay.

A lovely lounge comes with a flat-screen TV, comfy seating and boats glorious sea views. French doors have ramp access, joining space onto the garden and patio (includes seating). Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which has an electric fan oven, electric hob, microwave, full size dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Enjoy some yummy food around the dining table which seats 6.

Three beautiful bedrooms are available: a double and twin with seas views, plus a further twin room. All the rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in electric shower and a separate WC.

Visiting Penzance & Exploring Cornwall

Prussia Cove is ideal for walking, touring and exploring West Cornwall. Land's End, St Michael's Mount, Minack open-air theatre and St Ives are nearby, Lizard peninsula, Helston, Falmouth and Truro are also all within easy reach of Prussia Cove.
