The Manor - Sleeps 12


The Manor is a spacious Grade II-listed farmhouse dating from the 17th century or earlier, beautifully blending historic charm with modern comfort. Retaining original features such as low lintels, slate floors and impressive fireplaces, it offers characterful accommodation for up to 12 guests plus cots across six unique bedrooms. Inside, there are three inviting lounges with a large wood burner, a dining room, and a generous kitchen/breakfast room with a four-oven Aga and additional range oven, leading into a bright conservatory. Outside, guests can enjoy a private mature garden and courtyard, perfect for relaxing at any time of year.

Rose Cottage - Sleeps 8

On The Farm


Guests of all ages can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool at Woodlands, kept at a welcoming 30 degrees for comfortable year-round swimming, whether you prefer lane lengths or family splash time. The popular games room offers fun for everyone with soft play, table tennis, table football, giant Connect Four, darts and pool, while outside there’s a playing field with stunning views, a climbing frame, swings, slide and football goals for energetic kickabouts. The surrounding woodlands are particularly beautiful in spring when bluebells carpet the ground and dogs are welcome to explore, just bring wellies in wetter months. Adding to the experience, twice-weekly animal feeding sessions on Sundays and Wednesdays give guests the chance to get up close with pigs, sheep, alpacas, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens and even the farm cat.
