Summary

Bron-Nant (on the brow of the hill beside the stream) offers an elevated cottage within Penmachno. Penmachno village is 4 miles south of Betws-y-Coed, Conwy. It is in the isolated upland valley of Cwm Penmachmo. There are stunning views of hills and parts of Snowdon. This is the ideal setting for a secluded and relaxed break away.

Accommodation

The self catering cottage sleeps up to eight people; there is one king size double room, four adult beds/bunks and two additional beds available in a loft room. There are three bath/shower room for guests to share.

The living area is cosy and offers plenty of comfortable seating, a beautiful open fire and a Freeview TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped offering everything you will need including a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery and a range of cooking utensils.

Other facilities include a range of board games, DVDs, maps and books.

Outside there is ample parking space, comfortable outdoor furniture and a basket ball net as well as barbeque facilities. The stream that is located next to the holiday cottage is perfect for swimming and canoe training.

Visiting Panmachno & Exploring Conwy

Penmachno is hidden in the Snowdonia National Park. The village has a lovely pub that holds a lively folk evening every first Wednesday of every month. The area provides a great landscape for walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Pony trekking is available at Gwydyr Stables Riding Centre. Fishing is available at Betws-y-Coed Anglers Club.

Betws-y-Coed is 3 miles from Bron Nant. It offers places to eat, shops and a swimming pool.

Conwy is a stunning county set against a backdrop of mountains and a medieval walled town. It is easily accessible by car or train. This is the place to holiday for an outdoor adventure or relaxing break. There are mountains to climb and plenty of sights to see including:

Conwy Castle.
Great Orme Tramway.
Llechwedd Slate Caverns.
Snowdonia National Park.
