The Dovecot
The Dovecot overlooks the communal tennis court. It can sleep eight people in four double/twin bedrooms which are all en suite.The large open plan living/dining room comes with a TV/DVD and CD player. A modern, well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and leads out to the garden. The garden has plenty of space and is safely enclosed for children and pets. This property comes with an added bonus of a games room. This room includes a ping pong table, books, games, bean bags, TV and sofa bed suitable for kids.
On the ground floor there are 3 double/twin bedrooms with en suite facilities. Two of the bathrooms come with walk-in showers and one comes with a shower over the bath.
A utility room for walking gear, bikes and fishing equipment is also available.
Visiting Wooler & Exploring Northumberland
Wooler is close to the cottages. It has a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is a great spot from which to explore the countryside. The foothills are ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. Slightly further afield are the market towns of Alnwick and Berwick upon Tweed. Both fantastic destinations for keen shoppers and history buffs alike.Northumberland has a variety of landscapes, sandy beaches and interesting wildlife. One of the best places to visit would be the Farne Islands which are home to puffins. The beautiful landscape means it is great for walking, cycling, fishing and wildlife watching.
