4 Callanish offers charming self catering accommodation on the Isle of Lewis. We are in a fantastic position on the Western Isles, just a 10 minute walk from the Callanish Stones and Visitor Centre.

Accommodation

Our wonderful cottage dates from 1905 and now offers excellent accommodation to suit all your needs. We are nestled in a tranquil location and boast stunning views, the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our fully modernised cottage has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor to keep you toasty. You can unwind in the cosy sitting room which has comfy seating, a wood burner, Sky TV and a good library. You can also unwind in the light-filled sunroom and savour the views of the sea and the Callanish Stones. Rustle up some delicious food in the well-equipped kitchen which has a heritage stove (AGA Rayburn style), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, grill, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Two elegant bedrooms are upstairs: a double and a twin. Upstairs there is a separate WC and wash-hand basin. Downstairs there is a further twin en suite and a main bathroom with a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Visiting The Isle of Lewis & Exploring The Western Isles

Our cottage is in a great position, not too far from Stornoway, home to interesting shops and great restaurants. The County Hotel in Stornoway serves wonderful curry and there's also the Harbour Kitchen to enjoy. Dalmore, Dalbeg and Bernera all offer stunning beaches, whilst you can take a scenic boat trip to St.Kilda. History fans can visit the black houses and museums at Gearrannan and Arnol, perfect for finding out about local and social history. Further attractions to visit include:
