Craig Cottage is a luxury self-catering holiday home in northwest Scotland, set near scenic Kenmore on the Applecross Peninsula. It offers an idyllic escape for romantic breaks or memorable adventures, surrounded by dramatic Highland landscapes and breathtaking views across Loch Torridon.

The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds that can be linked to form a super-king. Sustainably sourced bedding and extra blankets ensure a cosy night’s sleep, and weekly linen changes are provided for longer stays. Two ground floor bathrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room, offer convenience for families or groups. Egyptian cotton towels are supplied for each guest, with extra hand towels in both washing areas, though visitors are asked to bring their own beach towels for coastal outings.

Craig Cottage is fully equipped for self-catering, with a modern kitchen featuring an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a selection of coffee-making options including a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and cafetière. Essential items such as tea towels, dishcloths, cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets are provided. A utility space with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner makes the cottage ideal for extended Highland stays. Total control electric heating, preset hot water and LED lighting ensure a warm and energy-efficient environment. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Entertainment and connectivity include free WiFi, a 40-inch Smart TV with Freesat, a DVD player and a CD/Radio/iPod player. A BT landline is also available, with outgoing calls charged separately. A multi-fuel stove with a starter supply of logs and coal adds a luxurious touch for cosy evenings. Hand wash, shower gel, ample toilet rolls and hairdryers in both bedrooms provide added convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large decked area with patio furniture while watching for sea eagles, otters and other wildlife.
