The Cottage is a spacious and beautifully converted holiday home set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Sussex. Our cottage is ideal for families with children and can be found just outside of West Burton near Pulborough. We are an ideal base from which to explore the South Downs.

Accommodation

This gorgeous property is in a secluded position and is suitable for a family or 2 couples. The former old stable has been exquisitely designed comes with a wonderful valued living area and large windows bring in lots of natural light.

A large family kitchen comes with a table and chairs, and a stable door leads to the small enclosed south west facing garden with a picnic table and barbecue. The vaulted sitting room has a wood burner at one end to keep you warm in the winter months. Two patio doors facing west onto the garden.

There is a double bedroom with an en suite and a second bedroom with a double and single bed. Both of the bedrooms have doors to a decked veranda. Bed linen is supplied and there is a travel cot available, however cot linen will need to be brought with you. There is a main bathroom with a bath, with shower attachment, Wc and basin.

Visiting West Burton & Exploring West Sussex

There is a fishing lake just one field away, open from Easter to October and golf is available in the area too. The area is also a haven for those who enjoy walking as there are many different routes and paths that all ages and fitness levels can enjoy. Just 6 miles from the holiday home is Arundel with its beautiful castle, cathedral and lovely shops and the town of Chichester is less than an hour’s drive.
